About me:

I am a Ph.D. candidate at University of California at Berkeley, with major in Ocean/Mechanical Engineering and minor in Applied Mathematics.

The vast, mysterious ocean and the elegant ocean-crossing vessels never cease to amaze me. The love for ocean exploration has brought me to work in the areas of ship design and optimization and experimental hydrodynamics for my undergraduate/graduate studies. My research interests include but not limit to free-surface flow measurement, ship performance analysis, experimental uncertainty quantification, GPU-accelerated computation and analytical ocean modeling.

In the meantime, I am also a big fan of PC hardware (build three high-end PCs/workstations by myself), embedded systems and consumer electronics, and a true lover of PC gaming, classical music and food.
